NZGDA Board release two year strategy

The NZGDA Board is pleased to announce the release of our first two year strategy document. This represents a significant step forward in strengthening the long term direction of the Association and providing clear guidance for our work across the sector. The strategy sets out six core pillars that will shape NZGDA’s focus over the coming years: membership, events, communications, government relations, recognition, and education. Together, these pillars form the foundation of our commitment to supporting a thriving, sustainable, and globally connected game development industry in Aotearoa.

This is the first time NZGDA has published a multi year plan, and the Board intends to update and re release it annually. This approach ensures that priorities remain current, that progress is tracked, and that continuity is maintained from one board to the next. By adopting a rolling strategy, we aim to give our members and partners greater visibility of our goals and the work underway to achieve them. We look forward to continuing to build a clear and consistent pathway for the future of game development in New Zealand.
