MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP

Payment of membership fees on a monthly or quarterly basis constitutes a commitment to a twelve (12) month membership term. Any cancellation prior to the twelve (12) month renewal date will result in an outstanding balance, which will be invoiced for payment.
