The beauty of free templates, they can freely very happy, but the bad thing about it, if a good role model around, you wil find it in many other projects. If you choose free templates that you can be sure other projects have also include.so these models are good if you make prototypes, but as you see all these models look a little bad ... but very good for people without skills in modeling until they find someone who is able to build good models.
